Semester Review

Projects

One of my first projects was taking a man and changing features and details about him. It took me about a week to complete. It took me so long because it was challenging to think of an original idea. I had to change my original idea for the man and do something different. I learned how to use photoshop. I was told to keep improving and working. Because it was one of my first projects I am happy with how it turned out.

My proudest and favorite project is my panorama. It took a while because there was a lot of prework that went into it. A challenge was finding time outside of school to take the pictures. I learned a little about laying out and blending in Photoshop. I was given good feedback which helped me feel even more proud of this assignment.

Overall I am proud of my progress.

Time Management

When I finished early in class I would work on other classes. I could have used some of that time to add more to my projects. I use my knowledge of framing from video class to help when cropping and taking photos for graphic design.

Strengths

I feel my strengths as a student are my hard work and effort put in.

Weaknesses

I feel I could work on my time management the most. I could also improve in creativeness and technical skills, as you could always easily improve in these areas.

Summary

I loved learning about design and using Photoshop and Illustrator this semester. I would like to add more detail to my projects. I learned that I can learn new things and enjoy it. My goal for next year is to get clients. All in all this semester was a great experience and I look forward to next semester.
