In this set of tutorials I learned how to use a variety of Photoshop tools including the Clone Stamp, Patch Tool, Content Aware Fill, and Spot Healing Brush.
The Content Aware Fill tool was brand new to me, as I have very limited Photoshop exposure in the past. I learned how to Lasso select and use it to make blemishes blend in. If I need to clean up a background in a future photograph I take I will be sure to use this tool to improve it. Pictured below is one of my first cracks at using CAF.
I used a combination of the Clone Stamp and Healing Brush below. I used the combination to remove a tag. I used the Clone Stamp to remove the tag then used the Healing Brush to clean up the "mess" after. I can use this to save money in future shoots by returning clothing bought specifically for the shoot.

The Healing Brush can be used to remove blemishes CAF cannot handle. It requires more time but can come out looking really good. If a future client wants acne removed this would be a great tool to utilize. Below is my first time using the Healing Brush.

The Patch Tool is yet another method to remove unwanted things from your photo. Below I used the Patch Tool to remove an unwanted design on the man's shirt. This will be useful in the future to remove unwanted logos in the background.
