Website Portfolio Project
Overview
For our final project of the first semester we were tasked with creating a website to use as a portfolio. First, we had to organize and set up a file. Next, we had to take a headshot. After, we had to create our home page. Our home page contained a headshot, links to other pages, and our elevator pitch. For our projects page we included four of our projects and the blog post for each. Finally, we checked to make sure all the links worked and the colors were set to our liking.
What I Learned
This project was a great learning experience, I learned a lot about DreamWeaver and html. I also learned how to problem solve in html. I learned how to make a link, color the website, and embed youtube videos.
How it Went
Overall I believe the project went well. I had a lot of fun learning a new skill and expressing myself creatively. I think my website looks good for my first attempt at creating one.
